MicrosoftHi Gazz did you check the webinterface of the phone. My experience was to change from CP to AOSP also select AOSP firmware from the Poly webinterface is needed for these AOSP firmware.

where abouts in the web interface for the phone can I select to use the AOSP Firmware. the software update (Utilities > Software Upgrade) is the only spot I can find. it shows the appropriate version already.

In TAC, the details for the phone show that the Company Portal is gone. It now has Authenticator and MS Intune.
The logs on the phone show that the new apss are installed & that the provisioning failed. i assume the failure is because of the Configuration of the URL. i dont know where to find these URL details that failed.
