I tried the new Firmware for the CCX500, and it updated successfully and kept the logged in user. ...but it didnt appear in the new AOSP-teams devices Enrolment. I tried it with a few handsets, all appear in the TAC, but none in Intune.
The users experience seems fine. The admin experience is not as good without the intune.
Is anyone else having an issue seeing the CCX500 appear in intune after the upgrade to firmware 9.1.0.9161 ?
Hi Gazz did you check the webinterface of the phone. My experience was to change from CP to AOSP also select AOSP firmware from the Poly webinterface is needed for these AOSP firmware.

where abouts in the web interface for the phone can I select to use the AOSP Firmware. the software update (Utilities > Software Upgrade) is the only spot I can find. it shows the appropriate version already.
################################################## In TAC, the details for the phone show that the Company Portal is gone. It now has Authenticator and MS Intune. The logs on the phone show that the new apss are installed & that the provisioning failed. i assume the failure is because of the Configuration of the URL. i dont know where to find these URL details that failed.
