Shared Channels in Microsoft Teams are much more than external collaboration

Regarding shared channel with external organisations

Is there a way, for me as admin, to use a request based approval process when, which me (or any other admin MUST approve) before

 1 - any of my colleagues invite a person to a shared channel from an external organisation?

 2 - Any person in an external organisation invites any of my colleagues to a shared channel?

E.g. I would like TEAMS to ask me or my other admin colleagues to approve before a new connection can be finalized no matter if my organisation is inviting an external organisation or if we are invited. As a sort of gateway to ensure no external part gets access to confidential information by mistake or that unfriendly resources gets access by mistake.
