Fantastic article. We've just launched Microsoft Teams Calling for our organisation, and I thought I know majority of the stuff but there's heaps more!
Especially when it comes to the new CQ for Channels, I didn't know that's how it worked. Furthermore, like any other system I know there will be some limitations bits and pieces here and there.
But would you be open to the idea of a direct chat if I have a quick question perhaps?
