Deep Dive into Teams Calling and Audio-Conferencing Capabilities & Communication Credits
From the diagram, the second from the bottom scenario is very similar to the second from the top. If I understand correctly, if user dials out themselves, communication credits are use. However, if someone else dials out their numer, dial-in conferencing minutes are used. Is my thinking correct?
If so, it doesn't make sense - from the service perspective the operation is the same - dialling out to a Zone-A country. Am I missing something here?
