Architectural Guidance – Azure Monitor private links with Microsoft Sentinel

Can this blog be revisited in light of the Microsoft article referenced below? The article states that “Log Analytics ingestion uses resource-specific endpoints and therefore does not adhere to AMPLS access modes.” However, this blog says that “traffic to the Log Analytics workspace from outside the link scope is blocked.”

These statements appear to conflict with each other. Could you please clarify which behavior is correct, or update the blog to reflect the current, documented behavior?
