So I have had issues with earning rewards points, I keep getting the message “unusual search activity may prevent you from earning points” I followed instructions. I received on how to rectify this and it still is giving me this error. I had an agent on the phone issue me a five dollar credit to my My Account account due to the inconvenience that I never received. I had reached out to the rewards support team multiple times with the promise of a 24 hour turnaround, it took five days to get one response. I’m extremely frustrated at this point because I don’t understand what is going wrong. I don’t like the fact that I can’t directly contact the department via phone. It makes it feel like a lack of trust when I am not getting a reasonable response time. After speaking with an agent once more on the phone, he recommended I post on here so someone higher up at Microsoft that monitors these threads can see the issue. I’m quite frustrated. Someone please help!!!
