In case you already have the SC-400, is there a path to upgrade to SC-401 for a reduced price?

Furthermore, the link to the study guide doesn't work. 

Is there an overview of the changes/updates between SC-400 and SC-401?

    I'm taking the SC-400 this Saturday and having at least a discount on the beta would be nice :)
