LibertyMunson Yes, I have a Microsoft support case open to investigate my particular issue.

 

The reason I replied here again is because it appears Pearson Vue has incorrect information, they have told me multiple times now that breaks are not allowed for any reason when taking a Microsoft exam(According to this blog, that is not the case). Is Microsoft doing anything to make sure Pearson Vue knows that breaks are allowed?


Recent email from Pearson.

Dear Keith,
 

Thank you for testing with Pearson VUE. We are contacting you regarding your Microsoft Exam on 17 Jun 2022.

 

We have reviewed your situation. During the exam, you left the exam. Posted on the Pearson VUE website, leaving the webcam is not allowed during the exam for any reason. We have double checked and there is no scheduled or unscheduled breaks for Microsoft Online Proctored exams. Please make sure you avoid leaving the webcam view during your exam for any future OnVUE examinations.
