Re: few assessments unavailable: We are continuously enhancing the security of our learning offerings. Due to this maintenance, some of the Microsoft Applied Skills assessment labs are still unavailable. If an assessment is impacted, you'll see a message on the corresponding page indicating the assessment is unavailable and once they are back online, you will see an update there and can access them.

Scenario on Microsoft Purview: We currently do not have an update on this one but recommend tracking updates through Microsoft Credentials.
