    Dear Microsoft,

I use Outlook for my Email with Windows 11.

I am having a problem wit the sweep function.  The sweep seems to default to the ‘Delete’ folder.  I have tried to change it to a ‘Junk folder’ but it keeps returning to ‘Delete’.

I was not getting an important message so I checked my ‘junk folder’ and it was not there.  I did a deep dive into the Settings, ‘Junk’ and entered the missing email address to ‘Allow’ it.

This did not work and I finally found it in the ‘Delete folder’.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    HelloBenTeoh

Yes, it's true! Managers at MTC - they work great and spam is removed!

    Q & A - is an outdated site - needs modernization!

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/support/release-notes?wt.mc_id=qandafeature_techcommunityblog_blog_wwl

Unfortunately it does not work - most often (message this page does not respond - although I am logged in) -> maybe my computers are outdated, but Copilot works fine!

Update: Spam - disappeared, I encourage you to the Microsoft Laren space, - I remembered the necessary IT information, I got badges and trophies in a simple way - it was great!

Deleted - I’ve been checking out the Q&A and there’s a lot of spam posts in there, making it difficult to see the real posts. What can we do to help reduce the amount of spam?
