Hi
Could I get some clarification please. I took the MS-102 Beta exam in May. 

 

I understand the  https://learn.microsoft.com/certifications/exams/ms-102?wt.mc_id=certsustainedmkt_portfolioupdate_blog_wwl, date has now moved (originally it was end of July 23) but has moved from beta to live status at on September 6, 2023. My understanding is at the point anyone who took the exam would then receive their results.

 

I have just logged into my certification profile, under certification and noticed the cert entry of M365 administrator exam has In person and showing as failed but I didn't take it in person, I took it has an proctored exam. I checked on the Pearson site and it shows the exam as 'taken' with no score results. 

Is anyone able to advise? Can I assume what I am seeing on MS Learn is not correct?
