This is a prime example of how GitHub issues work amazingly well.
https://github.com/microsoftgraph/microsoft-graph-docs-contrib/issues/8982
I got in contact with support, my issue got escalated and Microsoft is either going to fix a bug in teams, or update their documentation to reflect that there is an actual issue with Microsoft teams.
After I got in contact with the team, i had to send over diagnostic information.
How would I have been able to send over the required information if my feedback just goes into a void, and there is no way for the development team to get my diagnostics information, because they wouldn't know who to contact.
During the entire process, I feel like Microsoft is following up my issue. I feel "taken care of", as a customer. Its quite amazing what you have achieved with GitHub issues, considering you are such a large and wide spreading organization.
That is why this change is so confusing to me.
