En111_ : I agree the Intune Feedback Portal is horrible. If you look at MS nearest MDM competitor on the market, they have a good community, the manufacturer experts reply to questions/doubts/future ideas raised by their customers. Customers can upvote AND downvote ideas (what about starting a https://www.returnyoutubedislike.com/ website for Feedback Portal?), and there is an (invisible) weighting system to avoid that 2 votes from a small company, gives more prio than 1 vote from one large global company.
There is also an "oldest entry wins" bias in current Feedback Portal, because as the ideas are not cleaned/removed over the years by MS employees (I can understand it isn't easy), the duplicates are not cleaned nor merged as well, there is no categorization (only tags?), the oldest ones are always on top of the list and have an artificial high vote count, compared to latest ideas which are probably more relevant these days
