Microsofti noted https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/intune-service/fundamentals/whats-new#new-reporting-system-for-improved-performance-and-data-consistency as part of the comms listed - this morning all of our app deployment success/failure data appears to be blank inside Intune against windows devices - does this mean this is rollout out already and we have to wait for it to be repopulated? cant see anything logged as a msft health related issue.

The issue you mentioned isn’t connected to the new reporting system. The install status numbers for all the applications should have been back to normal.
