euburrag please pass along to your Team: I work with hundreds of MSPs around the world to adopt & deploy Microsoft 365 Endpoint Management Solutions. Asking your users to pay an additional fee for basic remote assistance (in comparison with the RMM tools MSPs are accustomed to) is not realistic. I remember years ago, proposing to Microsoft (while I was on staff) to include this feature with Endpoint Manager out of box. I suggested that the Endpoint Manager Team leverage Quick Assist which was already built into Windows 10 at the time. From my (and many MSPs) point of view - there is not much overhead for Microsoft to manage regarding this service. Please include all functions for users with the following licenses AND include native integration with Microsoft 365 Lighthouse.
- Microsoft 365 Business Premium
- Microsoft 365 F1/F3
- Microsoft 365 E3
- Microsoft 365 E5
This would greatly improve your partners ability to scale and get closer to the vision of working soley within Microsoft Management tools like Microsoft 365 Lighthouse.
