On 12/08/2021, the remote help installer was renamed from remotehelp.exe to remotehelpinstaller.exe to resolve issues with interactive and silent deployments. Although app functionality hasn't changed, we recommend using the same download link to download the updated version with the renamed installer. The installation command lines in this article have been updated to reflect the new installer file name.
We're also currently investigating the layout of the remote help installer for different languages in addition to the inability to start a new remote assistance session from the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center. We will be rolling out fixes in the coming weeks and appreciate all your feedback in sharing your experiences and improving the remote help feature!
