More and more reasons pop up every day to ditch Intune. Even Microsoft in General TBH, they've just turned into greedy cash grabbers IMO, it's already hard to sell (decent) 365 to small business, then they want even more money for it, not only upping the price of what we already buy today, but now charging even more money for half baked "add-on" features like this. This shouldn't be a feature nor should it be an add-on. Intune is about endpoint management...... remoting in and providing support is part of endpoint management.
Not to mention on any given day the service advisory sheet for outages is 3 yards long...... nealy any time I log into Exchange Online admin or OWA something is broken, not working or in some kind of bizarre authloop. Quality has gone downhill hard and then they have the nerve to ask as to pay more money for this broken junk that they can barely keep running.
Forget Microsoft Intune...... Microsoft Out of Tune more like it....... completely deftone with the community at large.
