Thanks Kara!! So I deployed the policy settings noted https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/remote-help-macos?tabs=intuneadminconsole%2Cintune#native-app-operating-system-permissions and deployed the native RemoteHalp app for macOS. I was able to get everything to work with a few minor glitches, but I also noticed the policy settings were all erroring out with the same 10022 error. (see below).
Is this a known issue?
Also, any ETA on file transfer with the RemoteHelp native app for macOS?
I'm running a MacBook Air M2 (2022) on Sonoma 14.5 (23F79) and Intune 2407 for management.
