Yeah, I am also very curious to why A Sku's are never included with these roll outs.... I would love to hear a real answer to this question.
I don't think it's ever been unclear: it's pricing, that simple. Cloud services cost real money to operate. Unlike in the on-prem past, where it cost $0 to give software away to EDU, it costs very real money to support these services. As such, EDU SKUs will always lag behind so that MS can first figure out how much it actually costs to run, and when they know that they can then internally argue about whether it's worth taking a loss on. Sometimes the answer will be no, sometimes yes.

So E5/E3 NonProfit includes it, but A5/A3 doesn’t? If that’s the case, you should reconsider this decision — it seems very unfair to the socially important education sector.

That's a shame. We could use this and can't afford to pay for Intune Suite separately.
