One way to increase the utility even much further would be to have comparison reliability metrics against the same applications and devices outside your org, especially if broken down by industry (since different industries often use the same applications very differently). Sometimes it's very hard to tell if an issue is specific to your environment, and comparison data can significantly reduce troubleshooting time.
