MicrosoftIt does not delete the questions or answers from the original form. Correct a duplicate of the form is a copy of the form- which replicates the questions and layout from the original form. It's a duplicate of the form, not a duplicate of your data.
Form ID and link are not the same thing. The Form ID is the unique identifier to the form which is used in powerautomate for flows. Look for the 'https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=' either in the address bar or click on collect response button and copy the long link. All the characters after the 'id=' is your Form ID that you can simply copy and paste into the connector. The Form ID remains the same.
If you want to use a form without the responses collected, you may simply delete the responses rather than delete the form. Under responses, select More options ....to delete all responses
