MicrosoftFile upload appear to adhere to the external Sharing policies cf SharePoint and OneDrive which for me mean the file upload after two years of waiting is absolutely useless for external use. Since external is sharing is controlled to only authorised external partners. Which in forms mean we can only use the file upload question type internally...
So much for my vision of being able to have files uploaded from external partners and use the form fields as metadata back into SharePoint 😞
If there is a way around this without breaking the external sharing policy which is existing external guests in our directory. Then I would be interested to hear. If we can do this from specific accounts that would be something
I am trying to get users off of alternative solutions and this just does not help. its has been so long waiting for this feature only for it to be a big disappointment.
