Thank you for continuing to add features for users to create great forms that save time and money for our company.

Please give IT staff two small capabilities:

  To be able to take co-ownership of forms without the author having left the company, and

  To be able to list all forms created at our company.

If a user is on extended leave (such as a car accident or maternity leave), IT staff need the ability to take co-ownership of a form or share ownership with another member of the author's team. Management at our company relies upon IT staff to be able to remove unacceptable content or make executive-directed changes to any products within the company 24/7. Management also expects IT staff to know about all content (such as Microsoft Forms inventory and their authors) in our network.
