These new features are great, and Microsoft Forms is a very popular tool with users at my organisation. But what I really need as a systems manager is an administrative overview for my tenancy. I work in a school and there is no way to see a list of the forms that have been created and by whom. There is no way of taking ownership in case there were to be a problem (other than after a person has left and then you have to know about form in the first place.) An example of how this could be extremely problematic is if a member of staff produces a form that requires sensitive or inappropriate information, which is then responded to by pupils. The educational organisation may never be able to block, intervene or even be able to review the form or the responses (without asking the actual owner). Microsoft Power Platform has a very good administrative console where I can monitor what is being created. Similarly, Microsoft Teams has excellent administrative management tools. I would like to suggest that some kind of overview screen for systems admins be implemented. Thank you.
