Unfortunately, one of the respondents filled out the form using offensive language. The link to this form was shared with a small group of individuals who are connected by residing in the same summer cottage community.
Given the nature of the content, I am considering contacting law enforcement to hold the individual accountable. Therefore, I kindly request any possible information about the respondent, including their IP address, to assist in identifying the person responsible.
