stephaniemunoz you would need to build a flow in Power Automate, it can't be done with just Forms on its own. Earlier today I answered a post about creating and send a building pass with the pass being created first in HTML, converted to PDF then sent as an attachment. It's not necessarily easy but have a look at my post here.
