More MS stupidity. A "specialized URL"!? Seriously? Just give us some proper management tools. When we discover this magical link, it then only lets you assign them to yourself, or groups. Why, why, why can't we delegate to another user? Why would we as admins want to take ownership without accounts, or give it to our admin-centric groups?! MS, you are so awful at this. The mind just boggles. Just give us a tool, out in the open, hmm, perhaps some sort of management portal. We could call it, MS mgmt, hmm, perhaps, 365 management center. Wait, how about "Microsoft 365 admin center"?!?! I'm a genius. From there, we could split some of the mgmt duties into a different, but kinda the same portal and call it... "Exchange admin center". Don't just put the mail stuff in there and general mgmt in the other, pick things at random and shuffle them around a bit, it'll be more funny that way. Oh how the people will laugh!
