Tim Jonker you can do that right now!  You can do it all within Teams or Directly in Forms.  Within a quiz, there are the two options to consider.  The collaborate option would let everyone in the group edit the very same form.  The Template option would allow you to create a quiz, and share it with the other teachers, and when they click on the link, they have the ability to create a copy of that Form or quiz and make it their own.
