How can it possibly be considered an improvement to actually REMOVE functionality? This "upgrade" has added extra steps to my workflow. It's not as though Excel desktop is some weird third party app people want to sync with - it's an integral part of your product! A product that I learned to use in order to be efficient with my time with the use of pivot tables. Pivot tables don't work on the web version of Excel, so I worked entirely from Excel desktop. Now I have to regularly close that and open the web version just to get updates. I'd just started to learn how to connect my data to Power BI. I assume that won't update automatically either? I'll have to open everything manually in order to update it? This was a super weird and clueless decision.
