Forms design intelligence can help you quickly create a clean and concise survey. Here’s an example of how it can change your experience using Forms:
Imagine you’re a Marketing Manager who just organized a customer event over the weekend for 1,000 attendees. Now it’s Monday and your manager asked how to make the next event even better. Perfect opportunity to send out a survey! The best time to send out a survey is within a short time window of an event and capture attendees while they’re still engaged, so you need to act fast. In Forms, you type the title of the survey: “Contoso event feedback.” Forms provides a suggested set of questions. You can choose to select a few or add all.
You select all suggested questions and add two additional ones including, “What is your job title?” When you type an option, “Sales,” Forms provides other recommendations, such as “Research,” “HR,” and “Legal.” You pick the ones relevant to your organization.
Based on your question about job title, Forms provides more suggested questions for your survey. You select, “What is your gender?”

Q. Who can use Microsoft Forms?
A. Microsoft Forms is available in the following Office 365 commercial suites: Office 365 Business Essentials, Office 365 Business Premium, and Office 365 Enterprise E1, E3, and E5 plans. Microsoft Forms is also available to existing Office 365 Enterprise E4 customers who purchased E4 before its retirement.
Q. Is this feature available for all languages?
A. Forms design intelligence is only available in English, but we’re working on enabling other languages soon.
