MicrosoftNow that Copilot is integrated with Forms, if I have sent my form to an email distribution group, when I follow up with non-responders, it doesn't just follow up with people from those email groups that have not responded it follows up with the entire email group, which is causing a lot of unnecessary emails for the people that already responded. We have nearly 200 employees. How can I follow up with just the people who have not responded?
It was capable of doing this before Copilot integrated in, but now it appears not to be working correctly. It says it will send a reminder to people who haven't responded yet, but when I click "try now" it sets up an email that will send to the original email groups (everyone).
