  • Convert paper tests into online ones

If you are the teachers with lots of existing quizzes from word document or PDF document, you can now import and convert them into Microsoft Forms by using our latest “Smart convert” functionality. You want to change a little bit? No problem! After importing, you can still edit the Quiz following the suggestion before sending it out.

Is there a way to provide an automatic email response once a form has been submitted? I know you can customize the message they see after submission, but we are looking for another form of confirmation for those that have completed the form.

  • Hi Chad_V_Kealey  it's really great to know that you already used this new released feature. We are working on iteration right now. If you are interested in telling us more about your suggestion and experience of using this feature, please feel free to fill out the form (click here) I would like to invite you to join an online interview with Forms PM. We are looking forward to hear from you!

    Thanks,

    Skylar

  • Hi muzzy121 , thanks for your comments! We are gradually releasing this notification and reminding service until the end of July. For the second question, Outlook on Cloud is definitely okay to test this feature. For Exchange onPremise, it will work if the tenant has done the hybrid authentication. For hybrid identity solution, please refer to:  Authentication for Azure AD hybrid identity solutions - Microsoft Entra | Microsoft Docs.

If you have any further question, please feel free to leave comments.

    Thanks,

    Skylar

  • Great features! and great post.

Organizations besides Educators can benefit from these new features. I hope these features are available to general users sooner than later.

    Excited!

  • I've been testing the "Invitation" option and while it's kind of neat and useful, there are gaps. Specifically, there's no way to actively check the status of the invitations vs. who has completed the form. Yes, you get the email at some interval, it would be more useful if there were a sort of tracking list. I'm thinking along the lines of a FindTime poll, with a list of people who were invited, an icon for each showing the response status (e.g.: completed, not completed), and a link to either view the response or send a reminder. Maybe that's coming as an enhancement to this feature, but there's very little official documentation out there, so it's hard to know if what we have is all there will be.

    Hi,

I'm interested to test this function:  Keep track and remind non-response people by one click

Is it possible to get access to preview? When final version will be avaliable?

Do I have to have Outlook on Cloud or all users with Exchange onPremise will get an access too?
