tkarstensen No kidding.  For anyone who has to support more than a few dozen users, Remote Help becomes exorbitantly expensive when compared to the competition.  I expect we're going to see less feature adds / upgrades to even E5 level licenses going forward in favor of nickel and diming everyone.
