Microsoft Edge and Adobe partner to improve the PDF experience

When utilizing the updated Adobe Acrobat PDF engine, the scrolling experience of a PDF document is noticeably less smooth compared to using the current PDF engine.

I conducted tests by toggling the "edge://flags/#edge-new-pdf-viewer" flag.

Dude, you are my hero!

I set this flag to disabled and now I can go back to using edge to fill out the forms I make.  

• It displays the correct font in the form fields.
• The tab stops work in the order I set them.

I've actually been trying to find the PDF renderer that was used in Edge.

I looked for it the last time I went through this, and actually found who's renderer was used (I think it started with an 'S'), but I can't remember anymore, and all my search results now just bring up articles how Edge is switched to Adobe now, and not who made the previous renderer.

EDIT: Removed comment and link to a solution I thought would let me pull the good pdf viewer from Edge.  Found out it would not be relevant once the code to the legacy renderer is removed.
