Hi RickTurner, I think you can feel the negativity about this change. I can understand the business reasons behind the partnership, but if you don't think in a smarter way, your new project of Bing Integration with ChatGPT most likely will go to the bin and fewer people would like to use Edge and move to Brave, Firefox, etc. since this will be an annoying and unnecessary change.
I'm pretty sure that you're aware that more than one organization doesn't want to have any kind of partnership with Adobe for whatever reason. And now, you're forcing them to install unrequested software that they didn't want and wouldn't want without a simple choice. Especially, software that can request their employees to log in with their accounts and cause licensing issues.
This is my new UI proposal:

As you can see, what I did is to combine the Edit with Acrobat with the Adobe logo and removed the watermark. Adobe might not be happy with the decision, but be honest, no one wants to see that watermark when you're reading. It's distracting. What's more, I'm sure your current proposal will cause mixed feelings, and try moving away from finding ways how to block the Adobe PDF plugin or push the users to download another one like the JS PDF Viewer.
Regarding companies, you should be careful with the plugin and perhaps let companies choose if they allow their employees to log in. The CC account is not the same as M365. This can cause confusion and trouble for your users.
Be careful with this change, it might bring "unexpected" results, especially, in a transition period with the new ChatGPT integration.
