As a decades-long (now alumni) Microsoft employee, I have struggled through all, really all, of Microsoft's browsers. For me, this was a question of respect (as an MS employee), but also a question of hope, which, as we all know, dies last. And with the new start of "EDGE" years before I had the feeling that hope would have won.
Over the last few months, however, it is unfortunately foreseeable that EDGE will again become the old, completely overloaded monster software. Sluggish, error-prone and more and more slow. The way ADOBE is now being dragged into this too, in an incredibly intrusive way ("no choice" & "advertising") is for me the nail in the coffin for MS Internet Browsers. I'm fed up (sorry for the wording!) and leave the last hope. Now I and my family will change consequently. If you had only removed the own PDF engine and left me via an AddIn THE CHOICE. Then I would have shaken my head as so often, but would probably have endured even that. But so? No way! Bye, bye... Microsoft. Now with the browser, as a private user after the Office365 subscription expires and after? Then I don't need Windows anymore either.
