Defender for Servers Plan 2 now integrates with Defender for Endpoint unified solution

I liked reading through all these comments because I had the same questions.  I am trying to understand how I can tell which Azure VM extensions are required, which are enabled and active, which are installed but disabled, which I should uninstall, but am a bit confused.

Is there a document I can refer to which defines all these?    I do have MDC Servers Plan 2 enabled since February in this subscription. 

I do have Auto Provisioning enabled for the Log Analytics Agent (not the newer AMA)

I went on the VM itself and confirmed the following services are running:
