Good morning, yesterday when opening the notepad in the app on the phone a message appeared saying that the notepad containing this page is not currently open. I click OK to open it and it says it is not possible to open because the page was moved, deleted, or I may not have permissions, and then it asks if I want to delete it. If I try on the computer via the web, an error appears saying that the item may no longer exist or is not available.
In OneNote, two notebooks appear, one default and the other closed. When trying to open the one that is closed, an error page appears and the details are to be resolved with Microsoft SharePoint. I think it is in this closed notebook that all my information is. I don't know how it got closed.
