MicrosoftHi, last week I had to install updated version of the whiteboard, even thou I didn't want and for that reason stopped automatic updates, so to keep version, that was fully functional for my teaching, but I had to, since I suddenly from last Fri was unable to use version I had, I kept getting error message.
With the updated version, every time I attempt to capture a new snip using snipping tool, my whiteboard display zooms out. Content present on the whiteboard, after pasting sniped object, gets very small. I didn't have this issue with the previous version. Since, for the online teaching purposes, I'm using sniping tool a lot, this is very frustrating, because after each pasting, of what was snipped, I have to to play with the zoom.
Please any advise on this issue would be appreciated.
