You had an amazing tool that actually got my team through remote work through lockdowns and remote working. I used this at least once a week and reached for Whiteboard any time I needed to be able to sketch and draw to convey an idea with other people. I gave live talks, I interpreted seismic sections in real time in front of an audience around the world, we designed databases, planned mineral exploration campaigns, used it as a chalkboard for teaching new staff through to conveying complex ideas to senior management.
Yesterday I couldn't even draw a simple lesson for our graduate staff and ended up cancelling the talk because the tool was slow, glitchy, couldn't zoom properly, had almost no pen options, could only erase a whole object instead of part of one, couldn't keep up to the speed of the pen on the surface.
Just a terrible update. If I want Mural, I'll use Mural. If I want a whiteboard, then I want a whiteboard.
Please stop destroying quality programs with "updates". Just make a new app if you want to build something completely different.
