MicrosoftReally cool that these features are coming to whiteboard. We have really missed a proper whiteboard solution when holding workshops for our customers.
I have just tested the new features that are available so far and noticed that it is not possible to lock elements - especially if you use templates, the areas and shapes should be added to the canvas in locked state and can only be edited if explicitly unlocked. This is essential for us working with whiteboard, because most people with whom we have workshops with, do not have regular contact with this tool or barely know it at all. It regularly happens that elements are moved or deleted by accident by one of the attendees - especially for structure giving elements like a template.
