Firstly thank you Amit Oberoi to you and your team for this great work. As a Business Analyst, I can see how Visio Data Visualizer can save a lot of time in creating process maps:)
Is it possible to use Visio Data Visualizer to create a cross-functional diagram in the BPMN 2.0 language? I am able to bring the BPMN 2.0 Basic Shapes on the wizard. However is it possible to add columns to the table in excel and how do I get these in the wizard. For example; I think I would need to add two columns to the table in excel; one column for Pools, and one column for Event, Activities, and Gateway types.
In BPMN 2.0 Pools are used to group Functions, and Shape Types are further defined. For example; a start shape (event) is further defined by the type of events like message, timer, error
