Hi - Not sure if this blog is being reviewed for new comments... but what has happened with the original goal of the App Launcher? The features are disappearing each day. No pinning, No re-organizing the items. And Outlook Web App Launcher now has fewer apps and no way to add more. It's gone downhill and I'm just very confused. It should be very easy to launch different apps from each Office 365 product you're in. And, in my opinion, opening the App Launcher should show the same apps in the same order in every app you're in. Now it's like you're trying to redirect your customers back to Office (CoPilot) main page every time they want to launch an app... it's not intuitive, and extra steps. Please fix. Very simple requests for the App Launcher. 1 - make it identical on all apps. 2 - let the user pick which apps to pin and in which order.
