Microsoftmanoth_msft - In the previous month, we achieved 94% of our devices receiving updates using "waves", as-reported by the admin console on Monday December 12th - the day before patch Tuesday. Our goal is 95%. We had LOTS of "active" devices that remained "Not Started", when they had checked-in several times since the two+ weeks that their wave started. Are there any tools or reports to help us understand why these devices never started? Also, now that Patch Tuesday is here, will the devices in that previous month's wave still update, or are they now on-hold waiting for their wave to come-around again? What happens if they remain "not started" again in this new month? Will they go month-after-month without an upgrade?
