Totally agree Ed Hansberry... but how does that isolated location with no connectivity to the rest of their organization stay current as data evolves in those systems that are happily syncing away in near real time, but nobody has a clue about e=what's in those African systems, and the African systems have no knowledge of what's happening in the rest of the world? If that (assuming here) single system in Africa is living and working an isolated locale, then your premise is spot on. If there were more than a single machine there, they could conceivably even have a local area network to share data across that isolated system. So long as they can live within that local perimeter, they are fine, but if they are, or ever will be, part of a wider geographical entity, they are screwed.
