However, as the barriers to easy IT infrastructure are lowered, with for example easily accessible and compliant cloud resources, with software that is also compliant, the number of people needing to pay a specialists decreases.
Or, I am assuming, an IT company does not charge the same for saying "Go use office 365, it does everything you need" as for creating and maintaining an onsite server. So even the nature of the business model changes, and unless the example I just gave is wrong, it does have an impact on the finances of any IT company offering these services.
