David Bjurman-Birr Is that a new change? That you don't have to uninstall "Enterprise/ProPlus" if you are switching a user to a "Business" license? We are working on several projects that will involve changing user licenses from Office 365 Enterprise E3 to Microsoft 365 Business Premium and I was under the impression that we needed to uninstall the Enterprise/ProPlus/Apps-for-Enterprise software suite first and then install the Business suite.
But if you are telling me that is no longer required, that the "bits" are all the same and the application will adjust based on whatever license the user has, then that would be amazing news. Is this confirmed or documented somewhere? I would like to know for certain since that would impact labor hours that we are building into our project quotes for these tasks. (Trying to get many E3 clients on to M365BP as possible.)
