In an environment with SCA for a mixed user base of O365 E3 and M365 Business Premium, what version of Office Apps must be installed? Can Office 365 ProPlus (or whatever the new name is) be installed while supporting Shared Activation for both E3 and M365 Business Premium users? Or do we install the version of apps for Business Premium to support both licenses?
I read ntaylor0909mL post that says it worked, but I wasn't clear on what version of the Office apps was settled on to support both licenses.
We have a client who's stepping up/down from O365 E3 to M365 Business Premium but already has O365 ProPlus deployed. We understand that generally the O365 ProPlus needs to be uninstalled in single-activation computers, but would prefer to keep O365 ProPlus installed on the RDS servers where we'll have a mix of E3 and M365 Business Premium users.
