The current OneNote team has a long ways to go to earn back the trust of long-term OneNote users. They failed horribly with the whole Windows 10 revision to OneNote, and screwed over any serious user who worked among multiple teams and wanted/needed to keep offline stores, shares, archives of projects by simply eliminating that functionality. This is just more lipstick on a pig. Thank God I've moved essential projects over to Evernote, which understands and is committed to cross-platform functionality both by company platforms and mobile/desktop usage. Given how teams are always in flux, and the way promotions happen at MSFT, I have little to no faith in this application because the TEAM doesn't actually understand it.
